    01.小麦草汁的70%都是叶绿素
    02.叶绿素是阳光的第一产物,它含有其它物质所无法比拟的光能;
    03.小麦草汁是天然的,可以口服的叶绿素,同时还是无毒、副作用的结肠植 入品;

    09.叶绿素(小麦草)的重整血流,对不同动物进行的试验表明:叶绿素可以缓解一切中毒反应,它使红血球数量在四至五天内恢复正常,甚至对那些众所周知的绝对贫血动物或血细胞数量低的动物也是如此;
    10.中西部的农民用小麦草饲养不育的牛,以恢复其生育能力(叶绿素中高量的镁所生成的酶可以恢复性荷尔蒙);
    11.叶绿素能从多种植物中提取,但小麦草是最好的,因为它含有一百多种人体所需的物质,如在有机土壤中种植,它能吸收土壤里已知的一百零二种矿物质中的九十二种
    12.小麦草含有被称作草汁的成分,它被认为能维持草食动物的生命;
    13.三十年来。Ann Wigmore(安·威格莫尔)通过小麦草帮助许多患有长期身心机能失调症的人康复;
    14.液态叶绿素可以治疗身体组织的疾病;
    15.小麦草汁是最好的抗毒剂,Ann Wigmore博士的合作伙伴Earp Thomas博士说,十五磅小麦草汁的功用相当于三百五十磅胡萝卜汁、莴苣汁、芹菜汁和其它蔬菜汁;15磅=11.25公斤;350磅=262.5公斤)。
    16.液态叶绿素能清洗体内的药物残留

Natural Remedies of Constipation in Children

Constipation occurs commonly in children, affecting up to 10% at any given time. Still, only 3% of parents actually seek advice from the doctor for this condition. Constipation describes the infrequent passage of stools (bowel movements) or the passage of hard stools. Any definition of constipation depends upon comparison with how often the child normally passes stools and with the usual consistency of his or her stools.

Many children normally pass stools as far apart as every few days. Regardless, you should treat hard stools that are difficult to pass and those that happen only every three days as constipation.

Constipation is not a disease. It is a symptom of a poor health condition.  This is the result of eating too much processed foods that are lacking in fiber, and insufficient fresh foods that are full of live nutrients and enzymes.

Constipation in Children Causes

Infants and children with constipation are treated differently than adults, because patterns of bowel movements change from the time they are born until they reach the age of 3 or 4 years. The majority of children with constipation do not have a medical disease or disorder causing the constipation. Rarely, a disorder causes infants and children to have significant problems moving their bowels.
Many things can contribute to constipation.
  • The most common cause in a child older than 18 months is their willful avoidance of the toilet (for various reasons). For example, toddlers are often so involved in their play that they lack time or patience for toilet breaks.
  • At school they may be concerned with lack of privacy or the cleanliness of the bathroom.
  • They may have had a prior painful or frightening experience that makes them want to avoid the bathroom. Over time, their brain learns to ignore repeated urges by the colon to visit the bathroom. As stool remains in the colon, the colon will absorb water out of the stool, making it hard and dry. This hard stool is even more difficult or painful to pass, which causes the child to continue "holding it."
  • Changes in diet, or a different diet affect bowel habits. In adults, high-fiber diets have been shown to improve bowel function. In children, however, high-fiber diets have not been proven to improve constipation. Infants and children who eat well-balanced meals typically are not constipated.
  • Breastfed infants will generally have more stools per day. Their stools vary more in frequency when compared to bottle-fed infants. For example, breastfed infants produce anywhere from 5-40 bowel movements per week; whereas formula-fed infants have 5-28 bowel movements per week. Switching the type of milk (or formula) can also cause constipation.
  • Teenagers and toddlers who eat a lot of sugar and desserts are prone to difficult passing of their stools.
  • Any intense changes in a child-such as illnesses causing fever, becoming bedridden, eating less, or dehydration may decrease the frequency of stools or may harden stools.
  • A number of medical disorders can cause chronic constipation.

    Diet/Lifestyle Suggestions

  • The fiber intake should be more of the insoluble type which is abundant in vegetables, fruit, wheat bran cereals and whole grain foods. Wheatgrass provides a rich source of fiber, which is good for the colon health and detoxification. According to the Natural Health Group, wheat grass powder contains fiber that has a mildly cleansing effect in the body. Fruity wheatgrass not only containing wheatgrass, it has a variety kind of fruit from apple, orange, kiwi, peach to strawberry.  It is highly recommanded Fruity wheatgrass as a daily serving for kids as they will  enjoy vegetables and fruits by taking good taste Fruity wheatgrass.

  • Reduce intake of animal protein, dairy products and processed foods. Avoid over-the-counter laxatives. Indulge instead, in natural laxatives that are abundant in fresh fruits and vegetables (Fruity Wheatgrass which is a combination of wheatgrass + fruit is highly recommanded ). Consult your doctor and work with him to cut back on drugs that may contribute to constipation.

  • Caution: A high-fiber diet may produce gas, stomach cramps and other intestinal discomforts. Drink plenty of water during this time, to help the fiber eliminate old fecal matter easier.Recommendecipe s to Relieve Constipation

THE BENEFITS OF WHEATGRASS FOR DIABETES

Diabetes is a metabolic disorder during which the body has a reduced ability (or none at all) to produce the hormone insulin or the insulin is inactivated (insulin resistance). Insulin is a hormone produced by pancreas and has a key role in controlling blood sugar levels. Type 2 diabetes is also frequently associated with excess weight and high blood levels of fats. Wheatgrass, scientifically known as Triticum aestivum, is a herb from the wheat family. Wheatgrass is a natural source of vitamins A, C, E, K and B complex and minerals like iron, calcium, magnesium, selenium, amino-acids and chlorophyll, according to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

Folk Medicine

Because wheatgrass is rich in healthy nutrients, this herb has been proposed for improving a variety of health conditions, from boosting immune system and antibacterial activity to colon detoxification, diabetes and cancer, Mayo Clinic says. However limited clinical studies confirmed these health benefits.

Research
Wheatgrass has a definite role in improving glucose and lipids levels and can effectively be used in the management of diabetes, suggests a research team in a study published in December 2009 issue of "Journal of Herbal Medicine and Toxicology." This study was conducted on 30 volunteers and wheatgrass was added to one meal. Glycemic index or GI is a number that measures the impact that a food has on blood glucose levels and diabetics should consume low GI foods. The researchers found that adding 15 g of wheatgrass to certain foods significantly lowered the GI of those foods and thus improving blood glucose levels. The blood levels of some fats called triglycerides were also improved in the participants who consumed wheatgrass. Larger studies are warranted to confirm these clinical findings.
Michael M. Murray, ND, author of "Beat Diabetes Naturally: The Best Foods, Herbs, Supplements, and Lifestyle Strategies to Optimize Your Diabetes Care," also suggests the consumption of wheat grass by diabetics.

Safety

Wheatgrass has an excellent safety profile and is well tolerated. Rare side effects include mild nausea and headaches. Wheatgrass may cause allergic reactions in susceptible individuals, thus you should not consume this herb if you have allergy to wheat or grass or celiac disease, warns Mayo Clinic. The safety of wheatgrass is not fully assessed during pregnancy or lactation, so it should not be consumed by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Considerations

Consult a qualified health-care provider to find out optimal dosage of daily wheat grass that may help improve your condition. Wheatgrass does not replace and should not be used to replace any medication you are currently taking.

Diabetes

Diabetes is one of the most common diseases worldwide, and it is estimated that about 346 million people suffer from this disease. (WHO, 2011).
Diabetes is a metabolic disorder during which the body has a reduced ability (or none at all) to produce the hormone insulin or the insulin is inactivated (insulin resistance).
pancreas insulin diabetesThe body insulin is needed for the blood sugar (glucose) to enter cells and provide them with nourishment. Due to the lack of insulin or insulin resistance, protein and fat metabolism is also affected.
Diabetes is not a single disease, but represents several different diseases with completely different variety of reasons, but the common feature is that blood sugar level is too high.
The combination of high blood sugar level, obesity, high cholesterol level and high blood pressure (hypertension) is called the metabolic syndrome.

Type II and type I diabetes mellitus

diabetes pancreas type 2 type 1 mellitusThe two best known and most common forms of diabetes are type 1 and type 2.
Type 1 is also known as children's and juvenile's diabetes because it usually breaks out in childhood or adolescence. The main cause of this disease is the lack or absence of insulin in the body, and it always requires lifelong insulin treatment. Some adults can have type 1 diabetes as well.
Type 2 is a form of adult-onset diabetes which is almost always present after 40 years of age. Type 2 diabetes mellitus is treated with oral medications, insulin and drugs that affect the production of so-called GLP-1, an endogenous hormone that affects, among other things, the release of insulin. Even younger people, especially those with obesity, may have type 2 diabetes.
Both diabetes types have several common features, but have also many differences. Among other things, the causes of diseases and treatment methods differ. Treatment goal for both types is to try to achieve the insulin and glucose turnover to the levels the healthy people have.
Type 2 diabetes mellitus, unlike type 1, has a relatively slow onset and the symptoms are not so pronounced.
Those patients who have type 2 diabetes can sometimes start to take insulin injections for a short time since it may take many years before you need to take insulin again. The reason is that the body still produces insulin, and the pancreatic beta cells are not destroyed as in type 1 diabetes.
Patients with type 2 diabetes have an insufficient insulin production and, above all, increased insulin resistance, which means a reduced ability of cells to utilize the produced insulin.

Symptoms of diabetes

symptoms of diabetes type 2 type 1 mellitusSome important symptoms of diabetes are as following: you start to urinate often, your thirst increases, you become tired and listless, you can develop numbness and some infections (bacteria and fungi) in the urinary tract, genitals and the skin.
The symptoms of type 2 diabetes can be quite diffuse and develop for a long time. Therefore, it is not unusual to have diabetes for some time without knowing it, and to first discover the elevated blood sugar levels when doing a health check.

Treatment of diabetes

In type 2 diabetes, the treatment typically starts with improved diet, physical activity and attempts at weight loss, since high levels of blood fats and blood pressure must be actively addressed.
However, diet and exercise therapy are not always very successful. It is difficult to change exercise habits, and it is even more difficult to make people eat differently from what they were used to eat for decades. Therefore, the pharmacological treatment of the disease becomes inevitable fairly soon.
Besides insulin, there are other pharmacological treatment options. Most of them are in tablet form: metformin, glyburide, glipizide, repaglinide, glimepiride, acarbose, pioglitazone, rosiglitazone, sitagliptin, vildagliptin and exenatide (injections).
The tablets do not contain insulin but stimulate the beta cells of the pancreas to produce more insulin and increase cells' sensitivity to insulin.
Sometimes, it is not enough to take oral pills to keep a steady blood sugar, and then you have to start making insulin injections. You can also combine insulin and tablets. Obviously, everything should be done under doctor's supervision.

insulin cells diabetes Complications

The risk of complications increases the longer you have had the disease and the worse the blood sugar is controlled.
Over time, high blood sugar damages the vessels and nerves. The damage primarily affects the eyes, heart, kidneys, joints and feet (numbness). By having as normal blood sugar as possible you can avoid or delay the dangerous consequences.
Diabetes is one of the most powerful risk factors for diseases of the heart and blood vessels, such as: heart attack, angina, cerebral infarction (stroke) and kidney damage.
Therefore, it is important for the patient to minimize such risk factors of cardiovascular disease as, smoking, high blood cholesterol, high blood pressure, obesity.

Diabetes and your sexual health

Among other problems, diabetes can cause sexual problems for men and women.
How men are affected
erectile dysfunction due to diabetes - arteries, veins, tissues damageDiabetes can damage nerves and arteries, which interfere with the blood supply needed for an efficient erection. For men who have diabetes, the probability that they experience the problem, known as Erectile Dysfunction (ED) or impotence, is three times higher compared to healthy men.
Do not panic. Erectile dysfunction is a common disorder and can be effectively treated.
Some factors that increase the risk of experiencing impotence (ED):
  1. Poor control of your blood sugar levels
  2. High Cholesterol
  3. High blood pressure
  4. Smoking
  5. Excessive alcohol intake
There are also some medicines, such as high blood pressure medicines, antidepressants and anti-ulcer medications, which can have side effects that contribute to sexual dysfunction. Stress can also affect.

Prevention and Treatment

There are several options available for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, such as oral medications (ViagraCialisLevitra), injections (Caverject), suppositories and vacuum devices. If you notice any problem with your erection that persists for more than 6 months, talk to your health care professional right away.
How women are affected
Sexual dysfunction due to diabetes can affect women too. High blood pressure, nerve damage, depression and fungal infections are quite common in women with diabetes and may contribute to sexual problems.
If you have any of the following symptoms, there is a risk that you are suffering from some form of diabetes-related sexual dysfunction:
  1. Decreased interest in sex
  2. Vaginal dryness
  3. Discomfort during intercourse

Enzyme Therapy in Sinusitis

Oral therapy with Proteolytic enzymes is used to reduce swelling, edema, inflammations, relive pain and help break up the mucus. Additionally, enzyme therapy influences the immune system by reducing cytokine overproduction.

In 9 clinical studies including 1151 patients with Sinusitis, Enzyme Therapy has proven to be beneficial alone or in combination with antibiotic.
In a retrolective study, including 797 patients, it is demonstrated that a higher number of patients treated with Enzyme therapy are without complain than when treated with Diclofenac or Ibuprofen (Conrad 2000)

The treatment of sinusitis with enzymes was first described by Sasaki 1965 and Yamasaki 1965. Calabria 1966 treated 13 patients with an enzyme-antibiotic combination (trypsin, chymotrypsin, cloranphenicol, streptomycin) and compared them with antibiotic treated patients. The authors described a lesser number of punctures necessary in the oral enzyme treated patients. When chronic sinusitis was classified in 4 different types of affection, it was found that types 1 and 2 were highly responsive to the treatment of enzymes, but in types 3 and 4 this treatment was ineffective in topical use (Ota 1966).

Saporiti 1966 published a successful therapy with alpha chymotrypsin (Chymoser) as local instillation by puncture of the maxillary sinus in patients with purulent chronic maxillary sinusitis.

Kaneko 1967 treated children with paranasal sinusitis successful with enzymes. In a study of patients with chronic sinusitis, Kagitomi 1972 published that ananase (bromelain) in combination with antibiotics was effective, whereas ananase used alone showed very little effect. In a double-blind clinical evaluation of bromelain in the treatment of acute sinusitis the author (Ryan 1967) described that mucosal inflammation was reduced in 83% of those receiving bromelain as compared to only 52% of those receiving placebo. Breathing difficulty was relieved in 78% of patients on bromelain therapy and in 68% of patients on placebo. In summary, good to excellent results were observed in approximately 87% of patients receiving bromelain compared to 68% of those on placebo. Seltzer 1967 comes to about the same results. In a double blind, placebo-controlled study, 49 patients with sinusitis received either bromelain or placebo, in addition to antibiotics. Good to excellent response was demonstrated in 80% of those receiving bromelain as compared to 50% of those on placebo. Complete relief of nasal mucosal edema and inflammation, nasal discomfort, breathing difficulties, headache and pain were evident in a higher percentage of patients on bromelain. The mean standard treatment time required for a therapeutic response was 10 days for those receiving bromelain in contrast to 16 days for those receiving placebo. S. Hine 1966 employed bromelain in treatment of non-operative cases of chronic rhino-sinusitis and described the affectivity as 64%.

Alpha-chymotrypsin was administered oral or by local instillation in patients with paranasal sinusitis. The authors (Sakakura 1966) observed effectiveness in 70% of the patients.

Keller and Maurer 1967 investigated the effect of a new enzyme preparation composed of Lysozym, Papain and Bactricin (LysopainEnzyme Therapy) as sublingual tablets. This preparation was very effective in different inflammations like Laryngitis, c, herpes zoster etc. The authors observed also a benefit in sinusitis in 6 of 11 patients.

In the same year, Taub 1967 published his results with enzyme therapy in a higher number of patients with acute or chronic sinusitis. He treated in a placebo controlled study 59 (30 / 29) patients with bromelain in conjunction with antibiotics. Symptoms and signs of nasal mucosal inflammation and edemas as well as those of breathing difficulties and nasal discharge were improved in a majority of the patients receiving the enzyme + antibiotic medication as compared to a minority of the 30 patients receiving placebo. No side effects were reported. A new enzyme preparation Sfericase is proposed 1983 by Yoshida. Sfericase, produced by a strain of Bacillus sphaericus, has been proven to be effective in some chronic inflammations, such as chronic sinusitis and difficult expectoration associated with bronchopulmonary diseases. Miyoshi 1984 published results with this preparation (orally Sfericase) on 40 patients with chronic sinusitis. After 4 weeks of treatment, a reduction of subjective symptoms for postnasal rhinorrhea of 81.6%, 66.7% for rhinorrhea, and 46.6% for nasal obstruction was observed. However, with respect to objective symptoms, the efficacy rate was 28.9% for redness and 30.8% for swelling of the nasal mucosa, with a somewhat lower rate than that obtained for subjective symptoms. According to the patients’ and physicians’ global assessments, Sfericase was effective in 65 and 57.5% of the cases. None of the patients showed undesirable reactions to sfericase.

Serratopeptidase, a proteolytic enzyme was investigated for the influence on the elasticity and viscosity of the nasal mucus in adult patients with chronic sinusitis. After 4 weeks treatment Serratopeptidase reduced the viscosity but not the elasticity of the nasal mucus. These findings are discussed in relation to mucociliary clearance (Majima 1988).

Wohlrab 1993 published the results from a prospective, randomized, double blind study with 40 patients suffering of sinusitis acuta. The patients were treated with a combination of different enzymes or Diclofenac. After 2 weeks there was no difference in sum-score as well as single score (headache, toothache and edema). But after 2 weeks, the side effects of Diclofenac therapy increase, whereas the side effects of Enzyme Therapy were negligible. The numbers of recidivist was smaller in the enzyme treated group.

Meletis 2000 as well as Maurer 2001 included in their publications the beneficial effect of bromelain for the treatment of sinusitis.

Summarizing, in 11 clinical studies (one of them is retrolective) including 1161 patients it is demonstrated that Enzyme therapy alone (early stages) or in combination with antibiotics (later stages) reduce healing time for more that 20%, reduce recidivists and has practically no side effect.
